Exchange & Refund Policy:
All item(s)s are not refundable.
All item(s)s will be inspected thoroughly for manufacturing defects before every delivery
Exchange of item(s)s will be granted, only if wrong item(s)s were delivered by Smoove. The re-delivery charge will be borne by Smoove.
Deliberate damage of item(s)s will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
Item(s)s cannot be exchanged if the packaging of the delivered item(s) is damaged.
Exchange of item(s)s due to change in preference are not allowed.
The following cases will not be considered as manufacturing defects:
1) Minor stains wrinkles or thread frays on “notebook, bag, wallet, ect” ;
2) Color differences of actual product compared to pictures;
3) Product damage during delivery process via couriers / postal companies;
4) Deliberate damage of item(s)/product such that it may warrant an exchange;
Buyer may not request for refund or exchange of the purchased item(s)s in any of the following cases:
1) The item(s)s are lost or damaged due to causes attributable to the buyer;
2) The value of the item(s) has significantly depreciated owing to the buyer’s use;
3) The packaging of a replicable item(s) has been damaged;
4) The value of the item(s) has significantly depreciated due to the lapse of time, which makes re-sale difficult;
5) Any other cases deemed unviable by Smoove for the buyer to request for a refund or exchange
How to Exchange:
Submit an Item Exchange Request by e-mail within 3 working days from the delivery date. (email@example.com).
Concurrently, the item(s) has to be sent back to Smoove at customer’s own cost.
Smoove will process the exchange request within 2-3 working days only upon receiving the item(s) to be refunded or exchanged.
Any packages received that do not conform to the aforementioned rules will not be entertained, and the customer will bear further handling charges for requesting item(s)s to be sent back to them.
